Who is responsible

What we store when you join the early access list

• Your email address, so we can write to you when Nightline is ready to try.
• Your answer to the optional question (trucks and night calls go to), only if you choose one. At most 280 characters.
• The day you joined.
• A scrambled code of your internet connection for that day. It is made with a secret key, it changes every day, and it cannot be turned back into your address. It is only used to stop one connection from adding more than a few sign-ups a day.

What a visit stores

A count of visits per page per day. There is no cookie, no address and no way to tell who visited. Short-lived counters that stop abuse hold the same kind of scrambled code and expire within an hour, or by the next day.

What we do not do

We do not run ads, we do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing. No automatic emails are sent: we write to you ourselves, about Nightline only.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts this site and its database, and runs the human check (Turnstile) on the form, which looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare's own privacy policy covers that check.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until we delete the list, for example after we have written to everyone on it, or if we decide not to build Nightline. Visit counts are kept as counts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or remove what we hold about you, and you can complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@evrimmete.com and we will answer within one month.
